20+ Goats

Our sweet, therapeutic, and cuddly goats are here to nudge you toward relaxation and enjoyment as you participate in our beginner-level yoga classes.

Up to 30 People

Each indoor or outdoor class maxes at 30 people and is for ages 9+. We strive to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy both yoga and our goats.

Certified Instructors

Although goat yoga is relatively new, we have years of experience. Our certified and insured yoga instructors are ready to lead you in an experience you won’t forget.

Peaceful Yoga In Paradise

Enjoy Goat Yoga Houston and want to further your practice, as well as spend a week in beautiful Costa Rica with fun yogis? Join our Fish Out of Water Yoga Retreat, where no one will feel like a fish out of water! The only date available currently is February 10th-17th! No Valentine? It’s a great time to get away!

Our retreat includes 6 nights at the beautiful Ocean Forest Ecolodge, three chef made meals a day, two guided yoga classes a day, and an optional hour yogi philosophy class. For no additional charge you can work with our teacher one on one to achieve a pose you have been working on, or make sure you are doing downward dog correctly! The beautiful beach also makes for a great day if you would like to take a vacation day from your yoga. The resort offers, fishing, surfing lessons, snorkeling and many other water sports all at an additional charge. The resort is also an ecolodge and home to sea turtle breeding from September to November, so there are plenty of things to do if you decide to venture out.
