Goat Yoga Houston is excited to announce a more classes in Friendswood at Center Court Pizza and Brewery this end of summer/ fall! It the perfect and fun way to get a light workout in or just have a great time with friends. Play with interactive goats on Center Court’s perfect back patio. Start Fall with the most fun and unique way to exercise in Friendswood. The class is 45 minutes of beginner yoga followed by 30 minutes of time to play with the goats, work on advanced poses and take some fun group pictures. We have handlers on hand to help you throughout class. The age on this event is 9 and up so more families can be included. After that, go inside and chill out with your group, have a beer or make sure you have a slice and watch your favorite team as we finish in time for first kickoff!
