Goat Yoga Houston is excited to announce a day of classes in Friendswood at Center Court Pizza and Brew on Sunday, November 25! It the perfect and fun way to burn off that turkey that you ate, and not feel guilty going inside for a slice after class. Play with interactive baby goats on Center Court’s perfect back patio. Close out the Thanksgiving with the most fun and unique way to exercise in Friendswood! The goats will be dressed in their best sweaters. The class is 45 minutes of beginner yoga followed by 30 minutes of time to play with the goats, work on advanced poses and take some fun group pictures. We have handlers on hand to help you throughout class. The age on this event is 10 and up so more families can be included. Please call with any questions 713-578-0068. Class taught my Rachel Henson.
