Join us for a goat yoga class at the Fit & Fun Fair in Grand Central Park on September 15th! Space is limited. Please bring a towel or yoga mat to the class.

Start your morning in the most fun way to burn calories, practice your yoga or simply cuddle adorable goats of all sizes. Come have the practice and experience of a lifetime surrounded by interactive goats. Our class is designed for beginners, but we encourage each yogi to take their practice at their own pace. *Outdoor classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather by 6 am the day of the class. Please check your email prior to attending a class for any updates. If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, a refund will not be issued. However, all guests will be allowed to reschedule the single class for another day if a weather induced cancellation is made.
