Come join Goat Yoga Houston, as we come back to our home town of Friendswood. Come try the fitness trend that is sweeping the nation, yoga surrounded by adorable baby goats! The class includes 45 minutes of instructed yoga and 30 minutes of additional time to play with the goats, work on advanced poses, or play around with some partner poses. The class is designed for beginners, but we welcome people of all levels and backgrounds! The yoga is optional, the goats aren't. What's netter than after your class, walking ten feet inside Centercourt and grab a slice or a drink. This is an outside venue so if weather is bad and cancel everyone recieves a full refund.
