Welcome to the first and premiere Goat Yoga Classes in Texas and now Oklahoma. We are based in Houston and serve all areas of our great city. You have seen and heard about it on the news, from your friends; it is the craze that swept the nation and it is finally your turn to come out and enjoy, Texas' original Goat Yoga! We are starting our third year of business and couldn't be more excited to share our love of yoga and goats with you! Each class maxes at 30 people and will have at least 20 goats. See how the goats can help you connect with nature, and how a soft touch from goat or two, is just the extra push you need in your practice. This class is designed for beginners but all levels are welcome to attend, its great for yogi's that are trying to find excitement and new experiences in their yoga practice.

Bring your own mat

Please bring your own mat or towel! We would currently recommend towels, as some of our females are pregnant and have started chewing mats, even teaching the other goats this bad habit. Even though the veterinarian said this is not a problem for the goats, we would hate for anyone to go home upset. Also, this helps you in another way, towels can be washed, yoga mats can not. We will have a limited amount of mats for rent if you would like to use ours.

Punctuality is key

Come early and have time to set-up! We start on time and don’t allow late arrivals because it interrupts the class. Your first hour will consist of Yoga and then 30 minutes to mingle with goats, take advanced yogi pose pictures, or just lay with them!

Our Cancellation Policy

Outdoor classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather by 6 am the day of the class. Please check your email prior to attending a class for any updates. If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, a refund will not be issued. However, all customers will be allowed to reschedule the single class for another day if a weather induced cancellation is made.

My wife's birthday was coming up, and I asked her what she wanted. She said, "I just want to be around baby goats." After I got over my confusion, I searched for all kinds of petting zoos, but they were all geared towards children. She had mentioned goat yoga before, so I looked into it. It seemed like one of those "well, this is weird, but I'd be willing to try it" things. I bought two tickets for the Saturday class in Conroe. The next day, I realized that I had booked the event on top of a work conflict that I couldn't reschedule. I thought I was in trouble, and that I would miss my wife's birthday celebration because I had acted without thinking. When I emailed the coordinator, Rachel, she responded immediately and was totally willing to work with me. She not only allowed us to use our Saturday tickets on Sunday, but she gave us a time slot without any other people. It was a private class for my wife and me with 20 goats. The Conroe location is absolutely beautiful and was a peaceful setting for yoga. It's accessible, but it feels secluded. Melissa was an awesome instructor. She gave us a great workout, and was positive and encouraging. Lauren was there to handle the animals. She was so kind and capable, and she made us feel safe. This experience was awesome in every way and completely exceeded my expectations. The pictures turned out really well (you can see them on the Facebook page). It's so funny talking to my friends about it, because it seems so strange, but I recommend it to anyone!
